Occasionally, an epidural will make our patients feel lightheaded or nauseous. For this reason we ask all of our patients undergoing a procedure to have nothing to eat or drink for 6 hours prior to their procedure.
To ensure your safety, we require all of our patients undergoing a procedure to have someone drive them home from the office.
Pull on pants, such as gym pants, gym shorts, leggings, even pajama pants are the best clothing for in-office procedures because you will be laying on your stomach!
